Private Breathwork Sessions

Whether you want to build athletic performance or voice projection, I can teach you how to do this using specific breathwork techniques tailored to your needs. There is no better way to ensure a successful endeavor than build a consistent regular practice, and over three months you will see the results of your efforts.

Breathwork Science for your Goal

There are hundreds of scientifically proven breathwork techniques within the framework.

Whether you want to increase running speeds, clear your sinuses, recover from a breakup or release your vocal chords, there is a breathwork technique specifically designed to do this. You can learn and you master these techniques over three months, and I will show you how. 

How will we work together?

Fully tailored, specially curated and selected breathwork sessions focused on a specific need or goal are delivered in personalized sessions run on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis over three months, charged at £65 per session. Times and locations are flexible to meet each client's needs.

What is the cost?

Charges are £65 per session. Katherine works with each client for a minimum of 3 months, with three sessions once a month or six sessions every two weeks. Each session is between 1.5 - 2 hours in duration

What is included?

Katherine works with each client to secure momentum of practice , answer all queries and provide sustainable guidance and support throughout. The package includes:

  • A full assessment of your requirements at the beginning of the process

  • 6 Bi-weekly or 3 Monthly in person sessions

  • Email or What's app support during the 3 months

  • Written guidance and step-by-step instructions

  • Lifetime membership of the Live Wednesday Breathwork session, at 12.00pm 

  • 10% discount on any future Retreat booking

  • Exclusive access to Blue Stone Family members special events

  • Integration and reflection at the end of the 3 months
