The Resonance Room - Online
IMMERSIVE BREATHWORK AND MANTRA MEDITATION BETWEEN RETREATS
Katherine teaches breathwork, mantra meditation and yoga as part of wellbeing retreats at Bhaktivedanta Manor and at local Krishna Consciousness groups, held monthly and annually.

After these experiences, people often ask how they can continue practising in a steady, supported way between gatherings, without needing to wait until the next event.

The Resonance Room — Online has been created in response to this request.

It offers a simple, grounded weekly rhythm of breath, gentle movement and reflection — accessible from home, and aligned with the spirit of the in-person work.
What to Expect
Each weekly session is accessed via Zoom, and gently weaves together:
-
guided breathwork
-
accessible, non-strenuous yoga movements
-
mantra, sound or japa-supporting practices (where appropriate)
-
space for stillness and integration
The emphasis is on steadiness, presence and nervous-system support — not effort or performance.
Sessions are suitable for mixed ages and experience levels.
You are welcome to practise seated, lying down, or on a mat.
Cameras are always optional.

There's no better way to develop a background hum of wellbeing, than by building a consistent regular breathwork practice. You can use these videos to get some extra practice in during the week, or you if can't make the live session on Wednesday.
You can take 'breathwork snacks' of a round or two, a couple of times a week, and gradually build up to a daily practice of three rounds of double breathing. You will soon notice an uptick in feeling great.
