Going on a Breathwork Retreat for beginners is the best way to get you started. Even if you're completely new to the practice, or even if you haven't even set foot on a mat yet or visited a yoga studio in your life, you can be sure that you can attend. If you've practiced breathwork before, either with Katherine or with another teacher, you'll deepen your practice on a retreat, recalibrate your nervous system and learn new skills. Either way, we will transform and have fun together over an incredible weekender retreat.

The 'Hay Barn' ground floor hosts a double heighted living area with impressive floor to ceiling windows and bespoke kitchen. One twin bedroom upstairs with views across to the horses paddock has twin beds and its own ensuite family bathroom. The 'Cart Shed' living area, is flooded with natural light, the beautifully appointed kitchen faces into the dining area and cosy living space, centring around a wood burning stove, and our twin rooms are upstairs with their own private shower room.
