Each breathwork session will last approximately 20 minutes and will be conducted via Zoom. These sessions are open to everyone regardless of prior experience or background.

What is 'Double Breathing', you might ask? Double Breathing is a dynamic meditation technique that involves conscious, controlled breathing to access deeper levels of relaxation, release emotional blockages, and promote overall well-being. It's a simple yet profound tool rooted in ancient spiritual science that has the potential to enhance our physical, mental, and emotional states.

There's no better way to develop a background hum of wellbeing, than by building a consistent regular breathwork practice. You can use these videos to get some extra practice in during the week, or you if can't make the live session on Wednesday.
You can take 'breathwork snacks' of a round or two, a couple of times a week, and gradually build up to a daily practice of three rounds of double breathing. You will soon notice an uptick in feeling great.
